Dominic’s experience hearkens back to selling IBM token ring cabling systems to the insurance companies in Hartford, CT up to the Cat6A cabling standard we see today.
Under Dominic’s guidance CTi has won many sales awards from their manufacturers through the years. Dominic’s core philosophy is to have the best sales and marketing professionals in each market and to provide CTi’s customers the best consumer experience and network performance in the industry.

Eloy has 25 years of experience in the telecom/datacom industry. Prior to joining CTI in 2003, Eloy held sales and sales management positions with several telecom/datacom distributors and manufacturers. He dealt for many years with customers in the Caribbean and Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Those customers ranged from small private contractors all the way to national ministers of communications. As the main interface between CTI, their manufacturers and distribution partners, Eloy’s service level is integral to CTI’s success.
Eloy holds a Master’s Degree in Romance Languages and Literature (MA) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Rockhurst University.
Kathy Overton

Kathy Overton is a tenured regional team sales lead for CTi’s Tampa, FL office. Managing West Florida, Kathy specializes in assisting clients with specifying network physical infrastructure. Kathy also cultivates key existing client relationships via professional on-going support.
In addition to end users, Kathy works with consultants, engineers, distribution partners and certified technology contractors. She is well-respected by each of these vertical markets and has a direct line into the organizations.
Kathy joined CTi in 2000, and has more than 20 years of sales experience. Prior to CTi, she was the Southeast Regional Manager for Ortronics. Kathy also has 10 years experience in distribution in roles including inside sales, outside sales and Sales Director.
Kathy is a critical figure in CTi’s ongoing effort to improve the client’s bottom line. Providing the best combination of networking products to meet the client demand now and in the future, Kathy has provided technical training and guidance to corporate IT managers and their staff nationwide.
Justin Berkman

Justin has 11 years of industry experience in direct sales and sales management. Justin’s background consists of 10 years of distribution experience where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. He was most recently the manager of Georgia and Florida for a nationwide data communications distributor before joining the CTI team 1 year ago.
Industry leadership, knowledge and technical experience make Justin an asset to the north Florida end user and contracting communities alike. Justin is also a BICSI Cablofil certified trainer and offers training to a variety of customers, end users and consultants.
Justin holds an Executive Management Certificate from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Mike has 15 years experience in technology sales, marketing and operations management. He has a comprehensive background in both IT product distribution and manufacturing. In the 1990′s Mike held selling positions of Account Manager, Outside Sales and Regional Manager. Advanced experience was aquired in roles as Division Manager, Regional Vice President, and Director of Business Development and Corprorate Strategy.
Mike joined CTi in 2006 seeking an entrepreneurial focus on customers and their technology deployment challenges. The current trends of IP convergence and data center computing-storage, combined with CTi’s established market leadership, provides an ideal environment to position cutting edge solutions.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Clarkson University (NY) and completed an Executive Management Program at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hemophilia Foundation of Greater Florida.
