Dominic has more than 22 years of experience in direct sales and sales management in the IT cabling industry. His background consists of 9 years in distribution sales, 4 years in sales management with Ortronics and 9 years as the President, owner, and founder of CTi. Dominic’s experience hearkens back to selling IBM token ring cabling systems to the insurance companies in Hartford, CT up to the Cat6A cabling standard we see today.
Under Dominic’s guidance CTi has won many sales awards from their manufacturers through the years. Dominic’s core philosophy is to have the best sales and marketing professionals in each market and to provide CTi’s customers the best consumer experience and network performance in the industry.
Kathleen A. Overton-Garza
VP of Sales
Kathy Overton is a tenured regional team sales lead for CTi’s Tampa, FL office. Managing West Florida, Kathy specializes in assisting clients with specifying network physical infrastructure. Kathy also cultivates key existing client relationships via professional on-going support.
In addition to end users, Kathy works with consultants, engineers, distribution partners and certified technology contractors. She is well-respected by each of these vertical markets and has a direct line into the organizations.
Kathy joined CTi in 2000, and has more than 20 years of sales experience. Prior to CTi, she was the Southeast Regional Manager for Ortronics. Kathy also has 10 years experience in distribution in roles including inside sales, outside sales and Sales Director.
Kathy is a critical figure in CTi’s ongoing effort to improve the client’s bottom line. Providing the best combination of networking products to meet the client demand now and in the future, Kathy has provided technical training and guidance to corporate IT managers and their staff nationwide.
Jacksonville Beach, FL
John Omara brings to CTi 25+ years in the telecommunications, electronics and test & measurement industry. He’s had a career encompassing the positions of AE, VP and President of national sales from start-ups to the restructuring of companies, and has assisted in the sales growth of regions for multiple fortune 1000 companies.
John has C-level experience with regional start-ups and small to medium businesses. He has also started and purchased companies, being instrumental in the exit planning and divesting from those companies. Personally, he is active in numerous charity causes and received an honorable discharge from the USMC while maintaining a Top Secret Clearance.
